LED器件:DIP LED发光二极管颜色有红、橙、黄、绿、蓝、紫、白、粉红、七彩色，封装有圆头、子弹头、草帽形、圆柱平头、方形、椭圆形、墓碑形、四脚方形。 特别是以白光及一瓦大功率为主。 LED封装行业几乎都是透明的了,技术含量说高不高,说低又不低. 现在拼的是产品质量,产品质量靠三要素:一个是芯片的质量,这个靠的是采购的眼光,及与供货商的关系如何,二个是生产过程中的管理,非常的重要,如果良品率达到99.99%,说明生产出来的产品非常的好,用起来也很放心. 如果良品率达到80%的,测试过不错,也不敢要,生怕今天好,明天就有小毛病!三个是原材料配件的选购，胶水如何？支架如何？好的原材料也决定了产品好的质量。 我们公司要不就不做,要做,就一定要做品牌LED封装公司.有些公司卖1块钱的LED,用的是几分钱的芯片做的,我们绝对不会这样子做.相对价格,相对产品! 我们公司的白光做得特别好，色特别的纯，一个是芯片，胶水及支架材料用的好，二个是封装过程中的细致程度非常的严谨！有些公司称荧光粉用的秤精细到0.01克，而我司用的是0.001克来称的，并且，有专人维护，普通人不能随便碰触，同时，每次称量时都要检验秤称的准确性如何，这是做白光的最关键之处。同时，还有很多关键之处，我们公司都做得很好，比如调好的荧光粉什么时候一定要用完，这都是很讲究的。 由于我们公司专门研究这个白光很久了，因此，对于做白光LED特别的专业，做出来的色特别的纯，并且，稳定性及寿命也非常的棒！近期我司增加了一台自动点胶机，专门作点荧光粉之用的。有了这台机器的保证，我司的白光更加做得纯熟与稳定。 我们是用心来做产品的!
